What is this
technology ?
A RSS Feed is a contents delivery protocol. The RSS definition is done in a XML file and is used for the news syndication on the Internet. This feature is increasingly popular and it is used by majors news sites to distribute their contents.
For the end user the RSS Feed makes possible easy identification of the new contents of a site and users can consult the new information without having to surf the Web site. The information is directly pulled from the Web site without having to subscribe to a mailing list.
All of our Web pages now show the RSS icon.
How to use a
Feed ?
A RSS capable browser allows you to download and traverse easily the RSS Feed Channel of your choice. Moreover, with preprogrammed interval, the RSS reader will automatically refreshes the contents of the Feed brouging you up to date information.
With less capable browser it will be necessary to download and install a RSS plug-in.
Once the RSS feature in installed all you have to do is to right-click on the
icon and choose Add URL to RSS Feed...

There is are broad variety of RSS readers out there that you can downloaded for free.
